Certe is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of our clients' personal information. In line with the ever-evolving data security landscape, we are phasing out traditional email document exchange in favour of a secure digital Client Portal.
The Portal technology is delivered by MyProsperity.
The same 256-bit encryption that banks use to protect your personal details. Like banks, the Client Portal has layered security infrastructure with 'checkpoints' throughout to minimise risk.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account, helping protect it from unauthorised access.
A dedicated mobile app helps you manage documents, information exchange and your financial to-do list on the go.
Absolutely! The Portal allows us to share documents with you (eg. statements and reports) and you to share documents with us (eg. photo ID). You can also store sensitive documents like Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney within your Portal.
You can notify your adviser when you’ve added a document as part of the upload process.
Step by step written instruction for uploading documents to your Portal can be found here.
A video tutorial showing how to upload a document via your desktop browser is available here.

If you need additional assistance with uploading a document, please don't hesitate to reach out to Certe's client services team on (02) 9132 5900.
You will receive a notification (either via email or your Client Portal App) when a document has been added to your portal, or your adviser has raised a task for you to complete.
You will then need to log in to the Portal to view the details of the document or task.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account, helping protect it from unauthorised access. It requires you to verify your identity through a two-step process each time you log in.
After activating your account and setting up your password, you will be directed to configure MFA. You can choose from several authentication methods, such as using an Authenticator App, receiving an SMS code or biometric verification (face or fingerprint recognition).
If you aren't already using an Authenticator App, you may like to download Google Authenticator from the App Store (Iphone) or from Google Play (Android).
Our client services team will initiate the setup of your Client Portal; you'll receive an invitation via email to activate your account. This email will come from software provider MyProsperity
(no-reply@myprosperity.com.au).
Once you have received the invitation, you can follow this set of instructions to set up your account.
