I’ve been a client for 20 years. Insurance is an expense that seems difficult to justify, especially when you’re young and healthy. Unfortunately, in 2019 I became ‘one of those other people’ who had to make a claim. Through these difficult times I was impressed how Jeremy and Megan went above and beyond, to guide me through the unchartered waters of an insurance claim.

In February 2019, my husband passed away. I thought the claims process would be a formidable task. I was wrong! I met with Jeremy on 5th March to complete forms and received payment on 22nd March. If Certe weren’t involved, I’d still be besieged with bureaucracy and waiting for the claim to be paid. Even after the claim, Jeremy and Megan were still “checking in ...asking how I was”.

I’ve had Income Protection insurance with Certe for many years, even though I questioned the value at times, I’m so glad I have it.
