Testing New Webinar for Reference

Whether it’s an app to help marketers auto-format designs for ad specs or a tool for educators to instantly adjust layouts for seasonal templates, the Design Editing API unlocks new ways to streamline design workflows with AI-driven intelligence.
At Canva, we’re focused on helping developers create smoother, more intuitive app experiences. The new Toast Notifications API lets apps surface in-editor messages that confirm actions or offer guidance without disrupting the user. Meanwhile, the Design Metadata API gives developers access to the design title, duration, and page dimensions, addressing developer requests.
To make building even easier, a new Dev Toolkit is now available inside the Canva editor, complete with real-time debugging, localization tools, and a modern interface for app development inside Canva.
Canva’s Connect API has also received a host of exciting updates to make it easier than ever for developers to build Canva integrations in third-party platforms. Several new APIs extend how apps can interact with content inside Canva. Developers can now import videos using the Assets API, load Canva designs directly using Design Import by URL, and adapt content to multiple formats with the Resize API.
With the new Get User Capabilities API, developers can also tailor app features based on user roles or account plans.
