As Certe’s founder and CEO, Jeremy oversees the business vision while working closely with corporate decision makers in the group insurance and employee benefits space. Dynamic and dependable, Jeremy applies more than 34 years’ experience in the financial services industry to building long term relationships that deliver both value and coverage for our corporate clients.

Ben oversees day-to-day administrative and operational functions at Certe.  He is also the driving force behind Certe’s private wealth division, leading a team of qualified and dedicated professionals to guide clients through wealth protection to prosperity. His broad range of advice and management experience is backed by close to 25 years in the financial services industry; previous roles have included National Head of Financial Advice with Mercer and Head of Financial Planning for StatePlus.

Jen is an integral part of Certe’s leadership team, coordinating delivery of general business operations and major projects. She paves the way for development of systems that track and manage client data and investments to create solutions that place Certe at the forefront of customer service.

Curtis coordinates Certe’s client services and paraplanning divisions, overseeing the production and implementation of quality financial advice.  Curtis has been with Certe, including its earlier forms, since 2004 and continues to apply specialist risk knowledge to ensure his clients’ protection meets their needs over time.

Steve is a senior member of Certe’s employee benefits team, responsible for coordinating our wellbeing programs. Specialising in complex group insurance plans, he works closely with HR and finance teams to deliver value and coverage for professional services firms across the country. From onboarding and underwriting to claims and continuation options, he has a deep working knowledge of group insurance structure and process.

Alka knows what truly drives successful solutions is how well you connect with and understand the people you’re trying to help. Her strengths are modelling, investment and strategic planning; applying empathy and technical understanding in equal measure to help clients take a set of goals from concept to reality. She is a CFP certified professional and Macquarie University merit scholar, with degrees in Economics and Finance and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Wilton merges a background in engineering and manufacturing with over a decade of experience in the financial services sector. He believes meaningful outcomes can only be achieved by focusing on the client’s need – ninety-nine percent of the time a simple solution is all that’s required.

Sakshi specialises in insurance strategy, developing tailored solutions to help individuals and families protect their lifestyle and assets.  With more than 10 years’ experience in the sector, she can also chart a course for commercial clients looking to safeguard business stability via keyperson, buy/sell (business succession), loan guarantor and business expense insurance.  She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics and Finance from University of London, and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Doug has a wealth of industry experience, and a deep understanding of the needs of today’s professionals. He aims to brings clarity to the complexities of insurance, providing clients with the framework they need to make informed decisions when it comes to protecting their assets and future. Doug holds FPA/FAAA Life Risk Specialist Accreditation.

With seven years’ hands-on experience as a paraplanner, Dan has built a deep understanding of advice development and the financial planning process from the ground up. Holding a Bachelor of Finance and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, Dan combines academic rigor with real-world expertise. He is known for his quiet impact, unique energy, and data-driven mindset—bringing thoughtful analysis and behavioural insight to every client interaction.

Michelle is responsible for servicing a portfolio of Certe’s corporate clients.  With a passion for employee financial wellbeing and advice, her role is to design, review and implement employee benefit arrangements, including financial wellbeing and education programs.

She is a superannuation and group risk subject matter expert.

Brent has many years of industry experience working across boutique, corporate and industry fund segments.  He looks to simplify the complexities of financial products and services, providing our corporate clients and their employees with the frameworks they need to make informed decisions about their financial futures.
